What is a consulting plan?
Our consulting plans are designed for customers who have difficulty meeting or talking with others, HSPs, customers who live far away, and customers who want to tidy up slowly at their own pace.
We will contact you via email to focus on one problem area, ask you to provide us with a floor plan of your current home, confirm the flow of traffic, and then provide you with advice and suggestions (about 5-15 pages) on your overall storage needs.
We will create the floor plan and send you the storage plan and text in PDF format or as an image .
From preparation of documents to hearings and delivery, it will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the location of the request.

After you apply, we will send you a hearing form to the email address you provided.

About the photos
Please send us a photo of the space you are currently having trouble with. Please make sure to select a photo of the space you normally have trouble with.
We can identify the cause from the state of the mess. If we touch it carelessly, it may be difficult to identify the exact cause, and we may not be able to provide a proposal that suits the customer.
We also ask that you submit a floor plan.
Of course, we can also make suggestions regarding storage in only the relevant rooms, not all rooms.
Proposal Content
First, we will diagnose the storage problem in the area where you are currently having trouble, then we will create a floor plan and provide suggestions and advice on storage locations in the form of drawings, including the storage area of your entire home.
For storage problems in difficult areas, we will send you recommended products for your home via QR code or URL.
In addition to providing recommended suggestions, we will also create a list of storage methods that should not be used in that space and things to be careful of when storing things, tailored to the customer's home.
You can use these as a reference and tidy up at your own pace.

The suggestions and advice we give will vary from client to client.
Social media is full of photos of beautiful storage, but we often hear that even when people store things in the same place in the same way, it doesn't work out.
With our consulting plan, we listen to our customers and make suggestions based on their and their family's habits, habits, lifestyle, and floor plan, so we can suggest a storage style that suits them.
The advantage is that you can do it at your own pace from the comfort of your own home, but if you live in Fukuoka Prefecture and are feeling unmotivated, we recommend using the free time plan after the consulting plan is completed, as this will allow the tidying up to proceed very smoothly.
Plan flow
①Please read the notes regarding consulting before applying, and apply only if you fully understand and agree to the contents.
②After you apply, we will send you a hearing form to the address you provided. At that time, please send us the blueprints and floor plan of the house you purchased. (If you do not have a floor plan, you can use one that you have drawn yourself.)
Please let us know if you have any changes to the floor plan at this time.
③We will ask you to send us a photo of the storage space you are having trouble with and fill out a questionnaire, and then we will ask you a few questions.
After the interview is completed, we will create drawings, make a diagnosis, and prepare a proposal, so please wait about two weeks.

④The completed medical certificate and proposal will be sent to the customer in PDF or image format.
⑤If you have any questions or are unsure of what to do when tidying up, please feel free to contact us by email and we will provide support for one month from the date the medical certificate is sent.
